This privacy policy relates to the use of personal information we collect from you via our website. It also relates to our use of any personal information you provide to us by phone, email, in letters/correspondence and in person.

Due to the nature of our business, branding and communications,  we only deal with adults. Please do not supply personal information if you are under 18 years of age.

If ownership of the company were ever to change your personal information may be transferred to that new owner. If this were ever the case you would be contacted to confirm that you are happy with this.

How long do we keep your personal information?

In general, we will not retain the data obtained through this site for a period longer than is necessary for achieving the purposes for which they were collected, or as long as the law prescribes.

How do we keep data safe?

We take data security seriously. We employ multiple measures to ensure your personal information is kept safe. These include comprehensive staff training, data encryption, IT security measures, physical security and legally binding, European-Union approved, contracts between our offices and with contractors we use.

Can I delete my data?

You can contact us at any time and request that we delete the personal information that we hold and process. Email hello@bitterlemoncreative.co.uk and use the title DELETION.

We will delete the information we hold, keeping only a minimised version which we will use to ensure that we do not contact you again in the future.

Data access requests

If you are a UK or European Union resident you can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you and can have any inaccuracies corrected.

Email hello@bitterlemoncreative.co.uk. In order to confirm your identity, you will need to provide copies of two forms of identification from the following: driving licence, birth certificate, passport, utility bill*, vehicle registration document or bank statement* (*less than 3 months old).

We will respond to you within 30 days of confirmation of your identity.
